The automotive exhaust gas valve is an important component in the car engine exhaust system, mainly including EGR valve and PCV valve.

The EGR valve, which stands for Exhaust Gas Recirculation valve, is a mechatronic product installed on diesel engines to control the amount of exhaust gas recirculated back into the intake system. Its function is to automatically regulate the quantity of exhaust gas involved in reutilization based on the operating conditions of the engine and changes in the external environment. By reintroducing a portion of the exhaust gas into the intake manifold, it reduces the oxygen content in the intake air, thereby lowering the combustion temperature and reducing the emission of nitrogen oxides.

The PCV valve, also known as the crankcase ventilation valve, exhaust gas valve assembly, or oil-gas separator, is a core component of the crankcase ventilation system in turbocharged and naturally aspirated engines. Its primary function is to introduce exhaust gases from the crankcase into the intake system while separating oil vapor from the exhaust gases, thereby preventing oil from entering the intake system and causing carbon buildup in the combustion chamber, increased fuel consumption, and excessive emissions. Additionally, it dynamically balances the pressure inside and outside the crankcase.
