• Install New Parts: Align the locating pin, push the wheel hub unit in by hand, and ensure proper fit between the inner race of the bearing and the axle diameter.
• Tighten Bolts: Tighten in a diagonal sequence using a torque wrench to the specified torque (typically 120-150 N·m).
• Install Tire: Reinstall the tire and tighten the bolts crosswise to the torque specified in the vehicle manual (e.g., 120 N·m for Langyi).
• Functional Testing: Lower the vehicle, check the ABS sensor connection, and test drive to confirm no abnormal noises.
